THURSDAY 1ST FEBRUARY: THE AUTHOR, GARETH P. JONES VISITS BSV

We are very pleased to announce that on Thursday 1st February the Author Gareth P. Jones will join us in school. 

Gareth is an award-winning children’s book author, whose series include The Dragon Detective Agency, Ninja Meerkats and The Adventures of the Steampunk Pirates. Gareth won a Blue Peter Book Award in 2012 for The Considine Curse and has also won a number of local awards. First published in 2007, Gareth has not stopped writing new stories and producing TV programmes. 

Copies of his books will be on sale during the visit, costing no more than 10 euros. If you would like your child to be able to buy a book (which will be signed by Gareth) please place the money in an envelope and mark it with your child´s name.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to experience the richness of a language and also enjoy a live performance.
