UNIVERSITY & CAREERS
University requirements vary from one country to another. Many adopt a holistic approach to the application and want to see evidence of genuine interest and commitment to their subject as well as the academic capacity to study at university level. The personal statement and reference make up a very important part of the applications procedure and in the Sixth Form. We are very aware of the need to have more than just academic success.
Every year, BSV nominates one student who has demonstrated academic excellence for the Lester B. Pearson international scholarship at the University of Toronto.
Our alumni are studying a wide variety of careers such as: Translation, Languages, Business, Economics, Journalism, Immunology, International Business, Teaching, Videogame Development, Tourism, Law, English Studies, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Medicine, Dentistry, International Relations, etc.
BSV alumni are currently studying at universities in Spain, the UK, throughout Europe and the USA.
